Using the adjustable grill, and altering the distance between the food and fire, you can achieve the ideal temperature to cook food to perfection.  The V-groove surface keeps food moist, and allows the juices to be collected in the drip pan for basting or use in sauces.

A forklift is required to unload from the truck onsite. You will need to organise receiving delivery of your Outdoor fire ensuring a forklift and enough local tradesmen are available to assist.
