What do I change my home ventilation system settings to in winter?

If you are starting to see condensation on your windows set your SmartVent digital controller to Max Temp 35ºC, Min Temp 5ºC and Fan Speed High.

How do I bring cool air in during summer with my home ventilation system?

If you have the summer feature kit fitted to your SmartVent set the Max Temp to 21ºC then check your controller is set to outside vent.

What is an easy way to set the heat transfer in my home ventilation system?

Choose normal for heat transfer mode and set the comfort level to 21ºC for the heat source room. Any time the temperature of the heat source room rises above the set temperature the heat transfer function will turn on.

What is recycle mode on a SmartVent ventilation system?

This will recycle inside air around the home. Only available with the heat transfer kit and is used where at times the fresh air sources are damper than your indoor air.

Clock error. Change the time on the touch screen controller.

Roof sensor com failure. Ensure connection between sensor and ceiling controller is secure, and cable is not damaged.
